We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding service to our customers. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our company. The ideal candidate will be professional, well organised and able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team to ensure the best level of customer service.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years office or administrative experience is highly desirable.
  • Computer Literate is essential
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in similar role is beneficial.

    Working hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00AM-16:45 and Friday 8:00AM to 15:30.
