Contract: Full-time, Temporary (4 Months) Salary: £12.21 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day Shift | Weekend availability
Are you a natural communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service?
We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support our clients operations and deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and administrative tasks.

Responding to telephone enquiries regarding skip hire pricing and availability.
Processing orders received by phone and email.
Booking road permits for placements of products.
Liaising with customers to resolve queries and obtain missing information.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Sending scheduled waste reports to customers (weekly/monthly).
Filing, scanning, and general office admin.
Supporting the scheduling team with admin duties as required.
Providing cover for the weighbridge when necessary.
