WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will integrate as a key member of our dynamic Customer Service Team, through developing strong customer relationships, you will ensure their needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience.

As the face of Scania, you will:

  • Be first point of contact, welcoming our customers
  • Checking in their vehicles
  • Making service & repair bookings via email, in person, phone & by customer portal using the latest Scania software
  • Updating customers - great communication skills
  • Invoicing of completed work orders
  • Return keys to customer
  • Booking courtesy cars
  • General administrative duties
  • Planner experience required but not essential (training is provided)
  • Accuracy with data entry
