Are you someone who loves chatting to people, solving problems, and making a real impact in the green energy space? We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly, passionate team working at the forefront of solar power
You’ll be part of a collaborative team that supports solar energy assets across the UK – helping to monitor, manage, and maintain systems that are powering a cleaner future.

Responsibilities

You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our customer service operations. You’ll rotate through shared tasks but also have specific areas to take ownership of – no two days will be quite the same!

  • Monitor solar PV systems daily using our O&M system
  • Evaluate system data to help direct field maintenance efforts
  • Provide top-notch support to customers, making sure faults are followed up quickly and clearly
  • Keep our systems (Call2Field / Red Zebra) updated with accurate and detailed notes
  • Manage incoming customer emails and follow through on enquiries
  • Raise job sheets, order parts, and coordinate with field engineers
  • Create and process purchase orders and invoices
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their maintenance requests
  • Send letters, manage stock, and respond to FiT Licensee queries
  • Handle annual maintenance scheduling and ad hoc admin
