OVERVIEW

Star International are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our sales and service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and suppliers, providing exceptional service and support. You will dealing with customer enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience in line with Star Internationals service and safety expectations .
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise and analyse customer needs effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge and experience of the Marine safety industry or shipping would be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the Marine or Service industry.
  • Proficiency in using IFS or similar CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team whilst managing expectations of colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident ability to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
