OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, providing exceptional service and support in the student accommodation sector. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse residents needs will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for our residents.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality, retail or property industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
  • Proficient computer skills; familiarity with data entry and management is advantageous.
  • A positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service are essential traits for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and courteously.
  • Front of house reception duties
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using dedicated software system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting the Property Manager in administrative tasks, including financial control.
  • Preparing arrival packs for new residents
  • Performing room viewings for potential residents
  • Working with the marketing team to actively promote and explore new marketing avenues
  • Organizing social events on site, monitoring social media and updating social media streams
  • Perform and document regular inspection of residents flats
  • Receiving student payments
