REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
  • Mechanical knowledge related to automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair processes is essential.
  • Experience in upselling automotive services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with service writing, auto estimating, and sales within the automotive sector is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of various automotive systems including transmissions, air brakes, alignment, suspension, tire service, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, and auto body repair is beneficial.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
