WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?
The purpose of this role is to deliver excellent customer service and debt management to our existing and new customers. You will work alongside the team to provide industry leading support to all our customers.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and reliable, someone who is passionate about exceptional customer service and someone who can show compassion and understanding to our customers.
Working hours are between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am and 4pm on Saturdays. Shifts are on a repeating 3 weekly working pattern across 5 days per week.
