Responsibilities

WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?

The purpose of this role is to deliver excellent customer service and debt management to our existing and new customers. You will work alongside the team to provide industry leading support to all our customers.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and reliable, someone who is passionate about exceptional customer service and someone who can show compassion and understanding to our customers.
Working hours are between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am and 4pm on Saturdays. Shifts are on a repeating 3 weekly working pattern across 5 days per week.

KEY PARTS OF THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing fantastic support by phone, email and live chat to exceed customers expectations.
  • Working with our internal teams to deliver fantastic support and providing each customer with a resolution
  • Have great attention-to-detail and be able to look at data in a logical and questioning manner
  • Contributing new ideas as part of our continuous improvement across our solutions and services
