What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional service during every customer interaction
  • Help customers make informed decisions about products and services
  • Update internal systems accurately and in line with GDPR
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business growth
  • Retain customers and generate leads through personalised solutions
  • We focus on quality – Inbound and no call targets, just meaningful service

What We’re Looking For

  • People who love connecting with others
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • A caring and empathetic nature
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Confident using a computer (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload
