ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Out of Hours Operations Team in Glasgow. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers offering clear, helpful support to tenants, landlords, and letting agents.
If you’re great on the phone, calm under pressure, and love solving problems, this role could be a brilliant fit.
The department is operational from 8am to 10pm Monday – Sunday, and you will be expected to work 35 hours on a rota, working 5 days over 7. We also offer enhanced pay for evening and weekend shifts.
