CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT – STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

Based at: The Warehouse Apartments Preston PR1 7QT
Hours: 40 per week, between Mon-Fri hours of 8am - 8pm
Start date: ASAP, with a three-month probationary period

• Provide a first-class service to our residents, third parties, and partners visiting The Warehouse Apartments.
• Deliver on the company sales leasing plan, providing support on sales activity including conducting property viewings.
• Dealing with enquires and queries, both from current and potential residents via a variety of contactable means.
• Assisting with room inspections and in the general upkeep of the property
• Work with the marketing team in the delivery of the social calendar.
• Promoting the very best of health and safety practice and procedures.
• Any other reasonable tasks we consider appropriate, commensurate with the role.
