BROAD FUNCTION:

Role overview:
Unisurge International Ltd are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team at Newmarket, to provide a professional, efficient and proactive approach to Customer Service, to ensure the delivery of a first-class customer experience to all hospital trusts nationwide.
The successful candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, be exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail to handle multiple priorities at once. This is a proactive customer service role, to build strong relationships with customers and to look for ways to improve the customer experience.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Confidence talking on the phone and building relationships with counterparts across all hospital trusts nationwide
  • A keen eye for detail, to ensure orders are taken and processed faithfully
  • Team working
  • Organisational and planning skills
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
  • Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel is essential
  • Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas
  • Positive and approachable manner

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. Educated to GCSE / A’ Level standard
  2. Proven experience of effective business operations within Customer Services
  3. Knowledge of Customer Services principles and practices desirable
  4. Proficiency in CRM systems
  5. Experience in using ERP systems in a manufacturing environment would be preferred

  6. Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • To deliver services effectively, a degree of flexibility is needed, and the post holder may be required to perform work not specifically referred to above

Responsibilities
  • Provide a proactive approach to customers to keep them up to date at all times of their orders and queries
  • Proactive calling of customers via telephone calls and teams to build relationships
  • Monitoring of stock against customer demand forecasts and liaising with customers regarding slower moving stock
  • Tracking and progressing orders and liaising with all departments to ensure on time delivery to customers
  • Inputting and processing orders
  • Resolving customer queries quickly and efficiently
  • Tracking all queries via CRM
  • Monitoring of back orders and keeping customers up to date at all times.
  • Deal with all telephone enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.
