We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our busy and fast-paced pallet network transport company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong skills who thrives in a logistics or transport environment.
About the Role:
As Customer Service Advisor, you will join an existing team of 7 Customer Service Advisors, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our customers. Your ability to work under pressure, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain strong communication across departments will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
· Collaborate with the transport team, warehouse team, and sales to ensure smooth service delivery
· Analyse customer service and report on performance
· Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and internal processes
Requirements:
· Proven experience in a customer service role (transport/logistics sector preferred)
· Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
· Strong IT skills and experience using CRM systems
· Positive, team-oriented approach with a can-do attitude
Contract Details:
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday 09.00-18.00
