REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor or call centre environment.
  • Previous experience in a motor trade service department or call centre environment (highly desirable)

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE.

Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm) – Saturdays on rota basis. (9:00am – 1:00pm)
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join one of the UK’s leading independent accident repair centres. You will be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues visiting the Bodyshop, so excellent customer service skills are essential for this role. This is a busy and varied position where you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner, liaising closely with the workshop team to ensure accurate updates, and keeping customers informed about the progress of their vehicles. You will also carry out general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the Bodyshop and office. This role would suit someone who is organised, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Previous experience in a similar role, would be highly beneficial.

  • A confident, customer focused approach and professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Managing incoming calls and assisting customers with large volumes of bookings.
  • Proactively contacting customers to schedule bookings.
  • Coordinating with the Workshop & other Internal departments
  • Informing customers of workshop progress.
