Description:
Are you enthusiastic and passionate and looking to join a fast-paced customer service team? We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who will ensure our customers receive an efficient and positive experience and service.
Working hours for the Customer Service Advisor role will be 42.5 hours per week, working 08:00 and 17:00, 5 days per week on a rota basis (will include weekend working).
You will be working on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive a salary of £26,112.48 per annum.
To be successful in this role you will need to be confident, friendly and have a great telephone manner as the primary function of this role is communicating with all of our new, existing and potential customers!
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED:
- You have had previous telephone experience – call centre or customer service orientated
- You will be highly motivated
- You will be reliable and trustworthy
- You will have excellent communication skills
- You will be a strong team player
- You will be computer literate – (Excel, Word)
- Previous experience in fresh produce is preferred but not essential

Watts Farms is a third-generation family-run farming business, established in 1952. Growers, Packers and Distributors of fresh produce supplying the hospitability industry across Kent, London and surrounding areas. We have recently diversified into direct Home Deliveries offering freshly picked fruit and vegetables from our own farms as well as a full range of grocery, dairy, alcohol and pantry goods. We pride ourself on quality!
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and handling queries via telephone and email
- Inputting orders onto the sales system
- Producing credit notes and invoices
- Performing administrative duties such as updating customer accounts and producing delivery notes and invoices
- Dealing with customer queries in a professional and courteous manner
