Description

My client are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their exciting business. The ideal candidate will have experience within either customer service, administration, sales or insurance. Offering a starting salary of £25,000 plus excellent monthly commission on top, genuine career progression opportunities and benefits within a great team.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

  • Communicating with customers on email, live chat and phone
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries
  • Take initial notification of claims
  • Liaising with key stakeholders where necessary
  • Supporting the customer service team leader with operational improvements
  • Maintain accurate and updated records, files, and databases to ensure data integrity and compliance with Data Protection requirements
