An individual that is goal-oriented and wants to excel in their career. If you are self-driven and wanting the next step in your career in customer service and in an office environment, don't hesitate to apply!     Responsibilities: * Using customer service skills and critical thinking to best assist customers and build relationships * Answering a high number of incoming calls daily * Making a high number of outgoing calls daily * Taking and processing payments via credit card or check over the phone * Making payment arrangements * Communicating with customers via phone, email, text, and letters * Minimum amount of skip tracing * Other duties as assigned to conduct business   Qualifications/Requirements:  * High School diploma or GED  * Customer Service and/or collections experience  * Full-time availability Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm with potential for a half day within a set 40-hour weekly schedule and typically 2 Saturdays per month from 9am-1pm - overtime potential (flexible to work overtime as needed) * Proficient computer skills  * Strong attention to detail  * Excellent written/verbal communication (proper documentation and interpersonal communication) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to maintain accuracy, and stay organized * Complete work responsibilities/tasks in a timely manner  * Consistently follow all compliance requirements, including departmental and company-wide policies, procedures, and training * Team leadership preferred  * Physical demands: sit for extended periods of time while on the phone and use dual computer screens       Equal Opportunity Employer Orbit Leasing is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
