Coordinate with physicians and manufacturers to complete and submit MAP/PAP applications. Ensure pharmacy claims are processed correctly once funding is secured. 🎯 Qualifications Experience in outbound calling or outreach (collections, case management, recruiting are a plus). Strong customer service skills and comfort in a call center environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic math skills. 📅 Duration 6-month contract with potential for extension or future opportunities.
