You are a Customer Service Representative, a champion in your field. As part of the team, your role plays an important part in our success. Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following: · Answering calls, chats, and emails from customer · Initiate an outbound call to customers to check the order receipt, item condition, and position language to add value to the service by providing additional information and determine the need to upsell and gauge customer satisfaction. · Adapt to additional tasks assigned by the client and execute processes efficiently to deliver best in class customer service. · Provide troubleshooting tips and assistance on their online processing/orders · Provide assistance on warranty and delivery issues · Escalate customer complaints to management team · Assigning tickets to the correct folder/staff · Closing tickets Processing/Reconciliation of invoice · Online Order Update Contact retailers/resellers for stock availability · Listing comparison with competitors · Process and adjust to tasks as directed by the need of the campaign In a nutshell, you have won the day when you make customers happy with your best and excellent service!
