In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. You will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the overall success of Captura Hall. Responsibilities: Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues. Provide feedback on recurring customer concerns to improve service processes. Qualifications Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
