The Customer Service Agent provides excellent customer service to all customers via telephone and in-person.
Reports To: The Customer Service Agent reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, ABILITIES AND LICENSES:

Responsibilities

DUTIES:

  • Book reservations via phone and in person.
  • Issue tickets and boarding cards.
  • Process cash and credit card payments.
  • Provide rates, quotes, and travel information to potential customers.
  • Balance daily transactions.
  • Relay or raise passenger complaints to the Customer Services Supervisor.
  • Follow company policies including, but not limited to, the uniform policy, the Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention, Smoke Free Workplace Policy and Collective Agreements.
