As the official taxi partner for Bristol airport, we specialise in airport transfers, private hire and taxi service, providing a seamless and reliable experience for passengers every day.
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our fantastic team at Bristol Airport. This is a permanent position working a fixed 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, including day and night shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Strong communication and people skill.
  • A calm and professional approach under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work days and nights on a rota basis.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Computer literate.
  • Previous experience in customer service or an airport environment is a bonus , but not essential.
