CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Service Agent to lead and support our real estate sales team. In this role, you will oversee daily sales activities, coach team members, and ensure targets are consistently met while maintaining high customer service standards.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader with strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team toward success.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within real estate sales
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and sales processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate, train, and manage a sales team effectively
  • Results-driven, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular coaching sessions
  • Support sales representatives during client meetings and negotiations as needed
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Address and resolve customer issues or escalations professionally
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and implementing business development plans
  • Ensure accurate recording of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, leasing, and management teams to maximize sales efforts
