To support our growing European operations, we are building a new Customer Service Center and are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting them through multiple channels such as phone, email, live chat, social media, and dealer networks. Your goal will be to deliver a high-quality customer experience by providing timely, accurate, and customer-focused solutions. Your Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries, complaints, roadside assistance cases, suggestions, and positive feedback via inbound calls, emails, and live chat Ensure a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach in every customer interaction Accurately document customer cases and create tickets for follow-up by relevant internal teams when needed Actively collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests Maintain high standards in call quality, documentation accuracy, and customer satisfaction Continuously develop product knowledge and communication skills to provide excellent service What We Are Looking For College degree or equivalent experience (customer service experience is an advantage) Fluent Dutch language skills Upper-intermediate (B2) level English for internal communication Confident computer skills and the ability to work with multiple systems Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 60 words per minute) Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset Professional attitude with strong organizational and time-management skills What We Offer The opportunity to be part of a newly established, growing Customer Service Center A stable, full-time position at a leading global company in the electric vehicle industry Professional onboarding and continuous learning opportunities A collaborative, international work environment Competitive compensation and benefits package If you are passionate about customer service and would like to contribute to a more sustainable future, we would love to hear from you. 👉 Apply now and become part of BYD’s European journey.
