Responsibilities

This is an inbound customer service role based in our Call Centre in the heart of Nottingham’s city centre.
With over 2,000 different clients each shift and day provides a new challenge and experience. This role is purely customer service, no sales calls or cold calling.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with a dedicated Outbound Campaign
  • Handling inbound telephone calls for our client base;
  • Providing a professional, friendly and efficient service;
  • Relaying information to our clients in a clear, concise and accurate format;
  • Delivering excellent service in every customer interaction.

Your first week will be a full induction with our Training Manager, where you’ll learn all the key systems and accounts you’ll be working with.
From week two, you’ll join the Call Centre under the guidance of a Team Manager. You’ll continue your training alongside live call handling, with regular feedback, support, and coaching, plus monthly 1-to-1s to help you develop and succeed.
We believe in recognising extra commitment — so if you work evenings or weekends, you’ll receive an hourly premium for those unsociable hours.
