The Careers are Better at Hungry Jack's! There is an exciting opportunity to join the Hungry Jack’s National Support Office in Woolloomooloo within our Customer Care team. The role will be part time, 24 hours a week Monday - Friday. As a Customer Care Team member, you will be the voice of our Brand working across multiple channels including phone and email. You’ll spend your day confidently tackling a wide variety of Customer issues using empathy, understanding and problem-solving. You love a challenge and have the resilience to turn an unhappy Customer into our biggest fan. Our customers like to deal with real people so you won’t have a script you will need to rely on your natural empathy coupled with your professional Customer Service skills. To be successful in this role you need to have previous Customer Service Skills coupled with excellent technical Skills, a positive outlook, a friendly approach, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists. Responsibilities Taking calls from Customers, while entering into the customer service platform Processing and classifying Customer Reports from the customer service platform Holding Tank and Customer emails received Returning calls received from voicemails and raising reports where applicable into the customer service platform Requirements for the successful candidate: Ability to work during the week (Monday – Friday) Excellent technical skills with the ability to navigate multiple programs at one time Passion for delivering positive outcomes for Customers Clear communicator with a friendly and professional approach Enthusiastic Team Player who values diversity Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus Why work for Hungry Jack’s?
