Customer Support Agent | Hymix Hymix have an opportunity for a reliable and conscientious individual with a passion for customer service to join our Customer Service team in Southport! Reporting directly to the Agent Team Coordinator, your team are responsible for delivering a high level of customer service. You pride yourself on delivering remarkable customer service and great results, to help ensure we are planning towards the perfect day for our customers. In your new role, you will: Deliver a great customer experience. Earn a salary of $60-65K + Handle a range of inbound customer calls from around Australia. Answer calls and effectively manage customer orders for concrete and aggregate products. Work within a team of 4/5. Be on the 7am-3pm shift each day.
