Customer Service Agent inbound / outbound (f/m/d) for Spanish and Italian

Therefore, we are looking for a full-time employee (f/m/d) for a home office position based in Germany or at our location in Radebeul (Germany) as soon as possible:
As a Customer Service Agent inbound/outbound (f/m/d) you are the first contact (f/m/d) for our international customers from Spanish or Italian-speaking countries for a wide range of concerns. You clarify them on the phone or by e-mail.

Your tasks

• Support for all Spanish and Italian customers (f/m/d) and other English-speaking countries
• Telephone support for all Spanish and Italian-speaking customers (f/m/d)
• Assistance for our customers (f/m/d) with order placement
• Presentation of our product range in special outbound campaigns
• Explanation of production processes if required
• Processing of requests and enquiries in verbal and written form
• Complaint management and objection handling
• Translations and corrections into Spanish an Italian

Your Profile

• Experience in service or customer-oriented areas
• Very good knowledge of Spanish and Italian (C1 level) and very good knowledge of English
• Other language skills are desirable, e.g.in French and Portuguese
• Confident appearance during talking to customers
• MS-Office skills
• High willingness to acquire specialist knowledge
• Quick comprehension, customer-oriented and independent thinking
• Initiative, commitment, self-motivation and sales orientation
• Good communication skills (oral and written), pleasant voice and clear pronunciation
