As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by;

  • Answering calls and emails from customers needing equipment hire and support
  • Providing quotes, placing orders, and helping customers find the right gear
  • Assisting with organising deliveries, logistics, invoicing, and equipment troubleshooting
  • Working closely with our operations teams to make our customers’ jobs easy
  • Supporting digital channels and promotional campaigns when needed
  • Assisting with a variety of office administration
