We are currently seeking a reliable & dedicated Customer Service Agent to take on this telephone based position within the customer service team at Legacy Wills & Estate Planning Limited.
This fast paced role will involve receiving inbound calls, dealing with all client queries and taking any amendments required for their Will & Estate Planning documents. It will also involve making outbound calls to clients that have requested call-backs and to update on the progression of documents at key points throughout our clients journey, as well as responding to incoming customer emails satisfactorily. Liaising with relevant departments to ensure updates are made and clients have received notifications of all action required on their client documents and queries.
Previous experience in a telephone based customer service role is preferred but full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, be proactive in problem solving and motivated with great customer service skills. They must also be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and have strong administration skills. The hours of work will be 8:45am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week) based in the city centre.
The company will be conducting telephone and office based interviews for this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,015.85 per year
