Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain new and existing customer accounts in the fitout and interior construction sector.
  • Prepare and present technical sales proposals and quotations aligned with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, and procurement to ensure customer satisfaction and project feasibility.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to understand project specifications and constraints.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and close sales deals effectively.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products and services.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge training to customers as needed.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the fitout, interiors, or construction industry, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fitout materials, finishes, and installation processes.
  • Valid UAE driving license
