Description

We are a Mississauga Hair Supplier Company specializing in men’s hairpieces, women’s wigs, hair extensions and hair accessories. We have local retail clientele, and we also ship our products internationally.
The Company is seeking an individual for the position of an customer service agent.
 Communicating effectively with customers on the phone, online chat, emails and text message
 Providing solutions to customer inquiries using knowledge of products
 Processing orders and entering data using various computer programs
 Shipping and Receiving duties
 Assist in solving customer service issues
 Must be able to communicate effectively with customers
 At least 2 years in customer service experience
 Being able to be efficient using computer programs
 Must be able to work well in a team environment
 Having strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to multi-task
 Motivated, organized, and having a positive attitude is very important
 Prior Industry experience is a plus
Wage starting from $20/hour.
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Required education:

  • Diploma/Certificate
  • Required experience:
  • Office experience: 1 year
  • Level of English C1 or native + fluent in Mandarin
