North-Wright Airways is looking for a full-time Customer Service Agent to support our operations in Norman Wells!
Job Summary: The Customer Service Agent plays a crucial role in receiving incoming and outgoing passengers and cargo. This position demands a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. The main responsibilities will include handling passenger and cargo operations, maintaining documentation, assisting with aircraft loading and unloading, and providing exceptional customer service.
Location: Norman Wells, NT

Responsibilities
  • General administrative duties (i.e. answering phone call, email correspondence, filing, coordination between staff and clients, handling customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Check in and manifest passengers and cargo through the computer system before boarding and verify accurate records and credentials. Ensure all freight, including excess baggage, is correctly weighed, documented, and tagged. Assist the pilots in loading, unloading, sorting, and routing cargo and baggage.
  • Process payment transactions for any tickets or freight processed over the counter.
  • Submit the daily sales report to the accounting department, rectifying any errors or discrepancies.
  • Update daily traffic/loads and ensuring all cargo or bookings are completed in a timely manner and prior to travel.
