Outsourcing Advantage seeks a proactive and enthusiastic (Bilingual: English/French Customer Service Agent for a real estate management company. In this key role, you'll be the first point of contact for tenants handling Maintenance, Repairs, and other requests (like Exterminator coordination). Your main mission: ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and effectively. If you're passionate about real estate and have top-notch communication skills, apply now! Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from tenants,. Resolve tenant issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate effectively with maintenance staff. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document service requests in the management system. Creating Tickets & assigning tasks then following up to ensure completion in timely manner Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring Tenants receive the necessary information and assistance. Collaborate with the property management team to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate or property management industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, at least at a level of C1 Advanced. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Familiarity with real estate terminology and property management practices is a plus. Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
