Description:

As a Customer Service Agent and under the supervision of the Admissions Manager, you will be the first point of contact between future learners and LaSalle College. Your main mission is to provide information on the institution’s services, welcome our students to the site and maintain communication and follow-up with the members of the admissions team.
Location: LaSalle College, Montreal
Status: Permanent, full-time (39 hours/week)
Work hours: Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Salary: $17/hr + Bonus Program

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual speaking required;
  • High School Diploma (SSD);
  • Flexibility in terms of schedules;
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft suite and comfort with technology.
    This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet anyone who enters the reception, answer their questions and redirect them if necessary;
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the reception area;
  • Listen to and transfer calls and voicemails
  • Receive parcels and carry out postal shipments
  • Order supplies
  • Communicate relevant information by email to other receptionists who are on the job, or in replacement;
  • Provide exceptional service to our prospective students during requests made (by phone call, chat, on our social media platform or by email);
  • To be the first resource to help and support our prospective students, and provide them with all the information at your disposal to guide them;
  • Work closely with admissions counselors and facilitate the transfer of communication to other departments in the network;
  • Participate and create excitement in information activities such as open houses and school visits;
  • Perform data entry into our customer relationship system (CRM);
  • Perform all other related tasks.
