We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented person who thrives on keeping things running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our customer service and sales team—managing orders, coordinating schedules, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

• Taking and processing customer orders in our ERP system with accuracy and speed
• Updating and maintaining customer records to keep our database in top shape
• Coordinating weekly sales rep runs and keeping their stock levels in check
• Updating sales territory maps and supporting reps with route planning
• Managing stock requirements for sales reps and ensuring smooth supply
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
