Naked Wines, a global company in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to support us through our business Christmas period (Oct 2025- Jan 2026). This will be a temporary position with the possibility of being made permanent.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that Naked Wines’ Angels have an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for assisting customers with orders, addressing inquiries and concerns, and providing general support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with a diverse customer base and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the consumer goods industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant technology tools
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Passion for wine and a desire to learn about Naked Wines’ unique business model and products

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Naked Wines’ customers, ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately
• Assist customers with placing orders, providing product recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise during the ordering process
• Actively listen to customer feedback and provide appropriate solutions, while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, including order history, preferences, and interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with Naked Wines’ product offerings, promotions, and policies in order to provide accurate information to customers
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to help streamline customer service operations
