Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and re-book passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner Assist special-needs passengers and resolve customer complaints Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews Calmly handle situations such as canceled and delayed flights Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, especially within the airline industry! SkyWest Customer Service Agents come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience.
