Key Responsibilities: Assist both Spanish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone Collaborate with your team to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and meet other key performance indicators (KPIs) Translate promotional texts and customer surveys into your local language Manage customer accounts efficiently Adhere to company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming What's in it for me?
