Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a smooth and memorable experience from inquiry to booking. Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining and updating our database of activities, venues, and services to ensure customers always receive accurate and up-to-date information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with activity bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Provide accurate information about our services, activities, and policies.
  • Maintain and regularly update data related to activities, venues, pricing, availability, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure the accuracy of activity listings and coordinate with partners for updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on inquiries.
  • Stay updated on Dubai’s top activities and experiences to provide expert recommendations.
