U Drive Cover Limited are expanding and we are currently looking for an Customer Services agents to join our team. We have big plans for the future and our employees play a vital part in this - we want to become a leading insurance broker.

Please see below a brief description of the job:

• Answer enquiries from customers regarding their insurance policies.
• Ensure all enquiries are explored in accordance with legislation, regulations and customer care standards.
• Complete necessary processes and document these to ensure enquiries for service areas are accurately recorded.
• Responsible for dealing with potential customer complaints and ensuring they are handled appropriately.
• Use IT systems to record details of actions taken and services provided.

Although not essential, the ideal candidate may have:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to work shifts.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,500.00 per year
