About the role We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide helpdesk support for our front-end web applications originating from phone, email, ticketing software and online chat. Supporting key contracts from a web support perspective. Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders. Assisting customers, including training if required, with support calls regarding use of web applications. Working across multiple systems including email, Jira, ERP, CRM, Website and online chat. A bit about you Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
