About us and about the role
Ecolab is looking for a Customer Service Agent with Italian and English. This role is very important as you’ll be providing customer service support to Ecolab external and internal customers to make sure that our clients are well supported with excellent decision making, business communication, fast response time, and accurate information.
Ecolab Customer Service Associates are the first point of contact for our internal and external customers, this is why the ideal candidate for this role will require analytical skills to process various non-standard inbound requests and general inquiries submitted via fax, e-mail, phone or web.
Responsibilities
Address on average 30 - 50 inbound inquiries each day from internal & external customers while following department guidelines;
Handle inbound and outgoing phone calls;
Manage orders via e-mail and phone;
Track and trace order-related inquiries;
Accept and process transactions in SAP/CRM;
Process customer confirmations and investigate shipment status;
Interface with other departments to resolve problems related to order to cash cycle;
Achieve target goals for daily deadlines and monthly order quality.
