Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Junior CRM Manager (m/f/d)* for a full-time position at our Reutlingen location.

Your responsibilities

: - Creating segments and contact histories for marketing activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

- Setting up customer surveys, including their evaluation

- Creating further reports

- Lead management, master data maintenance and administration

- Sales preparation and support

- Supporting process optimization

- Ensuring data quality in the CRM system
