POSITION SUMMARY:

Thread Collective Inc is looking for a Customer Service Analyst reporting to our planning manager, to support our line and better our execution. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • An organized, detail-oriented individual who is analytical and able to proactively investigate and solve problems.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills and work well in a team environment.
  • Experience working with Walmart (Retail Link).
  • Replenishment program knowledge also would be an asset
  • Understands the sense of urgency and can meet deadlines.
  • 3 years of experience with Customer Service / order allocation.
  • Essential – software expertise in Excel, Microsoft Office; experience with Momentis would be an asset.

  • La connaissance du programme de réapprovisionnement est également un atout.
  • Comprend le sens de l’urgence et peut respecter les délais.
  • 3 ans d’expérience dans le service à la clientèle / l’attribution des commandes.
  • Essentiel - expertise logicielle en Excel, Microsoft Office ; une expérience avec Momentis serait un atout.

Responsibilities
  • Manage item creation, order creation and allocations for all Walmart Orders
  • Can follow the order from inception through final shipments - working with our Logistics
  • Understanding of Inventory management (Inbound/Outbound)
  • Update detailed analysis of item performance for Major retailers
  • Discusses and appropriately escalates any issues that may impact operations.
