The Customer Service Analyst is the focal point between customers and internal company functions regarding such matters as pricing, scheduling, contract requirements, shipping, and documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and administering orders, preparing general correspondence, and coordinating customer service needs while being a contributor to a dynamic team environment, being proactive and results oriented, and possessing communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. What You Will Do Management of Repair Purchase Orders from a varied range of Commercial and/or Military Airline customers Focus on external and internal customer support Action daily queue management such as inductions, quoting, turn-time mitigations, customer status reports, assist with on time delivery metrics and objectives, etc. Participate, engage, and support customer meetings – virtually and/or in-person Build and maintain customer trust and relations Our team is dynamic and fast-paced. Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Microsoft Office Suite experience, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
