You will improve value and service to your customers and improve supply chain efficiency. In addition, you will use internal and customer data to optimize plans and to support joint initiatives with strategic customers.
How you will contribute

You will:

  • Be the single point of contact for your customer portfolio
  • Manage escalations for complaints and disputes, and handle and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Help achieve business and commercial objectives by achieving customer service targets, supporting the improvement agenda (internal process and external customer) and developing collaborative relationships cross-functionally and with customers
  • Work with the order fulfilment team to report on KPIs, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives
  • Use customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding and promotional sales. Use this information to drive decision making internally and with the customer in ways that maximize service levels and sales

What you need to know about this position:

Como Customer Service Analyst Modern Trade mejorarás el valor y el servicio a los clientes y la eficiencia de la cadena de suministro. Además, utilizarás los datos internos y de cliente para optimizar los planes y apoyar las iniciativas conjuntas con clientes estratégicos.

  • Serás el único punto de contacto para tu cartera de clientes
  • Gestionarás la resolución de quejas y disputas, y atenderás y solucionarás problemas para asegurar la máxima satisfacción del cliente
  • Ayudarás a alcanzar los objetivos comerciales y empresariales mediante el logro de metas de servicio al cliente, apoyarás al programa de mejoras (proceso interno y cliente externo) y el desarrollo de relaciones de colaboración entre las distintas funciones y con los clientes
  • Trabajarás con el equipo de cumplimiento de pedidos para informar sobre los KPI´s de desempeño, incluyendo el análisis de las causas por las cuales no se han cumplido los KPI´s y las iniciativas de mejora
  • Utilizarás los datos de los clientes para supervisar la disponibilidad en las estanterías, el servicio de almacén a tienda, el mantenimiento de las existencias y ventas promocionales. Utilizarás esta información para impulsar la toma de decisiones a nivel interno y con el cliente con el fin de que se maximicen los niveles de servicio y las ventas.

Education / Certifications:
Estudiante avanzado o graduado de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Comercio Internacional, o carreras afines.
Job specific requirements:
2 años de experiencia en áreas de Supply Chain, Logística, Demanda, Planeamiento o Customer Service.
Experiencia en empresas de consumo masivo (deseable)
Manejo intermedio del Paquete Office
Manejo intermedio del idioma inglés
Work schedule:
Esquema híbrido, Lunes a Viernes 9 a 18 hs
