Total Sanitation Services is a route-based provider of portable sanitation rental equipment and related services. The Total Sanitation Services family of brands now has strategically located branches in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Oregon, and Texas. We are currently pursuing strategic add-on acquisitions of leading portable sanitation providers throughout North America. This role will be part of our Central Sanitation team in Sarnia, Ontario.

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer service or order entry role is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role is required.
  • Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, internet, and social media platforms.
  • Efficient time management skills and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide professional and courteous customer service without becoming stressed or overwhelmed.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team and drivers to resolve customer problems and prevent complaints.
  • Order entry into ServiceCore, including new account set up, and revisions to existing orders.
  • Complete daily billing processes for assigned customer accounts.
  • Greet and assist in-person customers with account payments.
  • Reconcile customer accounts.
  • Collect on past due accounts, following established collection protocols.
  • Complete 3rd party platform uploads.
  • Other activities as required to support our customers.
