Job Description: Manage and execute routine administrative responsibilities, including record keeping, correspondence, and coordination with internal departments to ensure efficient office operations. Oversee office facilities and ensure a secure working environment for staff, including managing access controls and maintaining safety protocols. Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of loan documentation by organizing and securely storing all files in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Accurately process and post payments, including paid-off balances, partial payments, and open system periods. Perform tasks related to data entry, lodging, and exporting financial records within the company's fin Power system. Manage various payment channels, ensuring smooth processing and accurate reconciliation of transactions in line with company protocols. Serve as the first point of contact for customers by welcoming them professionally, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them to the appropriate services or personnel. Coordinate marketing and promotional activities, including the design and distribution of merchandising materials. Oversee media management efforts to enhance the company's public image and customer engagement. Provide support to the RMAC (Remote Monitoring and Assistance Center) call center by addressing escalated customer issues and ensuring timely resolution. Monitor and manage the inventory of office supplies and stationery, ensuring availability and timely replenishment to support operational efficiency. Handle procurement activities, including sourcing, evaluating suppliers, and purchasing office supplies, equipment, and services while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Oversee the tracking and monitoring of GPS-enabled devices to ensure proper usage and enhance operational security. Supervise the documentation process post-delivery, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and comply with regulatory and company standards. other tasks assigned by manager.
