Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – CUSTOMER SERVICE + ADMINISTRATOR

As the Customer Service + Administrator, you are one of the key ambassadors of the studio. Alongside the owner, you help create a welcoming, connected environment where every student and parent feels a sense of community and care. You are a clear communicator who understands and shares the studio’s core values and messages with professionalism and warmth.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a welcoming presence at the front desk and ensure all guests feel seen, heard, and valued
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with families, staff, and the studio owner
  • Represent and uphold the values of The Drea Lee Way through your interactions and work ethic
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment for all clients
  • Support student retention and contribute to growing enrollment by offering excellent customer service
  • Be adaptable, helpful, and team-oriented—supporting coworkers and covering when needed
  • Continuously learn and strive toward mastery in your role

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

  • Clock in and out each shift; submit required documents to HR promptly
  • Confidently navigate studio software (e.g., Dance Studio Pro)
  • Keep front desk stocked with current seasonal flyers and program information
  • Answer phones, return voicemails, respond to emails, and register new students
  • Give studio tours and be knowledgeable about class offerings and scheduling
  • Keep lobby and shared spaces tidy and presentable
  • Perform daily studio checks (e.g., supplies, Lost & Found, studio cleanliness)
  • Troubleshoot music system and tech as needed
  • Complete daily closing duties
